Support the integration of (sanitised) data from multi-layer security posture monitoring toolsets (e.g., endpoint and network detection & response – EDR & NDR, deceptions tools, such as honeypots), to provide the foundations for its AI-enhanced Situational Awareness capabilities.

To integrate support for Incident Response through Cybersecurity Orchestration, Automation & Response features, based on standards-based, machine-processable & executable Playbooks, allowing the definition of proactive & reactive processes for situational awareness, preparedness & incident response.
Training.
Training on relevant topics (from technical topics to procedures and policies), via delivery methods tailored accordingly (from theoretical to hands-on training).
Processes.
Well-established mechanisms and processes that facilitate the effortless exchange of information between these Member State authorities as well as with EU cybersecurity bodies.
Operations.
Multifaceted dissemination, exploitation, and communication initiatives to increase the visibility of the project’s operations and promote its influence through contributions to relevant standards (the standards-based approach is central to ATHENA), as well as targeted dissemination and exploitation.
