The project
ATHENA.
The project will adopt a Cyber Security Operations Centers (CSOCs) Blueprint for cross border- cross-organizational, and cross-functional cooperation, collaboration, and coordination, and creating a model Coordinated Response Cluster for EU member states and other eligible entities.

Offer shared Situational Awareness with AI-assisted CTI extraction & analytics

Enable and enhance the Prediction, Prevention, Detection & Response capabilities of member states against existing and new cyber-attacks

Provide timely information between National Authorities, Operators of Essential Services, and relevant EU actors using standardized mechanisms.
Processes.
Well-established mechanisms and processes that facilitate the effortless exchange of information between these Member State authorities as well as with EU cybersecurity bodies.
